Steamed minced beef recipes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 teaspoon wine
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 80 ml ( 1/3 cup ) water 300 g ( 10 oz ) beef fillet minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 30 g ( 10 oz ) pickled mustard, diced finely
- 1-cm ( ½ -in ) piece dried tangerine peel, soaked in warm water until soft, then coarsely chopped
- 1 sliced ginger, coarsely chopped
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 springs onions, thinly sliced
- 2 springs fresh coriander leaves (cilantro), trimmed
how to cook minced beef
- Put the first 7 ingredients ( salt through water ) into a mixing bowl and stir until sugar dissolves, add the minced beef and stir thoroughly. Add oil and stir again, set aside for 20 minutes
- Set pan of water or streamer to boil .
- Add the pickled mustard, water chestnut tangerine peel and ginger into the minced and stir to combine.
- Lightly grease a deep –sided sheet –proof dish with sesame oil, then spread the minced beef into the dish steam over hight heat for 6 to 8 minutes more. Remove and garnish with thinly sliced spring onions and coriander, serve hot
