  • ½ lb (225 g) prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded and sliced

how to make prosciutto

  1. arrange slices of prosciutto and fruits alternately on a large serving platter or 4 individual plates. serve with cottege cheese.
